Job Description: We are in search of a skilled and experienced Ex-Army official to join us as AVP – Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company.
– Develop and implement operational strategies and processes.
– Ensure efficient and effective fuel delivery operations.
– Monitor and improve operational performance.
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
– Manage and mentor the operations team.
Requirements:
– Retired Army official with a minimum rank of Major or equivalent.
– Proven experience in operations management.
– Strong leadership and organizational skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
