MyfuelPump is an online platform to provide doorstep delivery of fuel for your generator/fleet vehicles/construction site etc. in a safe, reliable, and efficient way. You can place your order online and get fuel delivered at your location in specialized Refuellers (MyfuelPump Tankers) according to your chosen schedule. We are making refueling smarter!

What are MyfuelPump charges?

Diesel Price is the same as your regular petrol pump! We charge a few service charge only.

We are helping reduce carbon footprints by achieving 0% wastage & pilferage during transport. Also as part of our social responsibility, we contribute to the planting of a tree, for every kilolitre of diesel we deliver.

How to order for fuel & other services?

All you need to do is go to our website or download our App from Playstore. Register with the necessary information and then place the order as per your required area along with the quantity you need and when you need. After successful order placement you will be notified and our Team will communicate the rest with you.

How to Cancel an Order?

After placing any order our Customer service team will contact you for your confirmation. If you are good with the order then the team will proceed with further steps. If you need any modification then you need to inform the customer service team, they will modify that for you and if you need to cancel the order then the customer service team will cancel the order for you.

What is the minimum Order Qty?

For fuel delivery the minimum order quantity is 20 litre, for Lubricants and LPG cylinder minimum order quantity is 1 Unit.

What are the payment options?

For Refueling we accept payment using Pay order, cheque, POS machine, Online – Net Banking Payment, Online – Card at the time of delivery. For Lubricants and LPG cylinders you can pay online or POS on delivery.

Which areas MyfuelPump is servicing currently?

We are unveiling our service soon. Initially Dhaka North, Dhaka South City Corporation and Gazipur City Corporation (rural as well as urban areas).

What are MyfuelPump hours of operation?

We currently deliver from 8 am in the morning to 8 pm in the night. We operate seven days a week.
