PRICING & TERMS

Diesel price is the same as your regular petrol pump! A service charge of BDT 1* per litre will be applied for home delivery.

Home Delivery Policy:

For requests made via our mobile application, following KYC verification, we are committed to delivering fuel to the specified location within 6 hours. This service is available within Dhaka City Corporation and Gazipur City Corporation areas.

Please note the following conditions for successful delivery:

• Delivery Area: Our service covers Dhaka City Corporation and Gazipur City Corporation.
• Access Requirements: The delivery location must have adequate road access to accommodate our service truck for both entry and exit.

Liability Disclaimer:

Scope of Service: MyFuelPump (MFP) provides on-demand fuel delivery services exclusively for registered assets. We are committed to delivering high-quality fuel for your engines.

Pre-Existing Issues: MyFuelPump is not liable for any pre-existing issues or malfunctions in your machinery or generator. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their equipment is in proper working condition prior to receiving fuel delivery.

Fuel Delivery: MyFuelPump delivers fuel exclusively in accordance with our standard procedures. We do not provide loose fuel or fuel bottles; only fuel nozzles for registered assets are serviced.

Customer Responsibilities: Upon purchasing fuel through the MFP Platform, customers must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. MyFuelPump disclaims any responsibility for the use of fuel in illegal activities or any consequences resulting from such actions.

Payment Terms:

Methods of Payment: For fuel delivery services, you may choose from the following payment options:

1. Pre-Order Online: Place an order and complete payment through our online platform.
2. Cheque/Pay Order: Payments can be made via cheque or pay order in favor of My Fuel Pump Limited.
3. Debit/Credit Card: Payment by debit or credit card is available through our Point of Sale (POS) service, which is accessible with our delivery vehicle.
4. My Balance: You may also use your account balance as a method of payment for fuel delivery.

Payment Restrictions: Please note that we do not offer fuel credit for purchase. All transactions must be completed using the payment methods listed above.
