PRICING & TERMS

Home Delivery Policy: For any request made through the mobile application after verifying eKYC, we will deliver the fuel to your given location within 6 hours inside Dhaka City Corporation areas and Gazipur City Corporation areas. As we will deliver by our own service truck, the drop-off location must have a proper road where the delivery truck can enter and exit.

Liability: We will provide only on-demand fuel delivery services. If your machine or generator has any pre-existing issues, then we will not take any liability for that. We can offer you depot fuel for your engine, but MyFuelPump will not be accountable for any issues that are related to your preexisting engine malfunction. My fuel pump will only deliver fuel nozzles to registered assets. No bottles or loose fuel are served to the customers. Customers ensure that, after buying fuel from MFP Platform’s, they are not engaging in any illegal activities. My fuel pump is not responsible for any illegal activities.

Payment: For fuel delivery you can pre order online, cheque/Pay Order in favor of My Fuel Pump Limited or you can pay by your debit or credit card by using our POS service which is available with our delivery vehicle.
